When an invoice (doc 60) is cancelled, it can still be generated and downloaded. Please include some indication on the invoice that it is indeed cancelled. Perhaps a watermark or a "stamp" in the header.

Submitted on behalf of Vancouver Island Brewing s there anyway we can make it so that when we apply a payment the invoice/pdf auto re-generates? Usually I enter in the order > ship > charge > print the invoice. But the invoice generates as soon as I hit ship and then doesn't update when I print. It creates an extra step and also if I don't regenerate it shows a balance owing when in fact it has been charged.
