Ollie Feature

It is preferable for us that if someone does not have access to a warehouse that they can not see that warehouse or orders that have been created in that warehouse. We have multiple agents and users and it is not relevant for them to see each others orders plus sales amongst our agents should be kept confidential. Only the account owner/supplier should be able to see all warehouses and the user/agent should only be able to see those that they have been granted access to. I was hoping to add a few more pieces to this to this, it seems that our agents/users have full access to view, change and manipulate inventory. So I’d also like to suggest: users should not be able to make inventory adjustments or transfers users should not be able to activate/deactivate products users should only be able to see inventory for the warehouse that they have access to Essentially what I’m requesting is that the account owner should be the only one who can view everything and make changes to everything, the agents should only be able to create orders, view the orders they’ve created and view reporting that is relevant to their orders and their warehouses. Do you think that this will be something that Ollie will be able to make a priority implementation? This is a really important piece for us, without user permissions it puts the account owner in a pretty vulnerable position when it comes to inventory management. It also is important for confidentiality amongst sales agents, we work with multiple agents and they are not normally privy to sales data and allocations of other agents, we would like to keep it that way. Whenever an invoice is generated it is displays in a different order then what is shown on our end when building the order. This makes it difficult for the drivers/pickers when building an order. Ex. PA, Hi5, PD, HPA Is the order that these cans show up when creating an order, but the invoice could have HPA, PD, PA, Hi5 as the order and it will change invoice to invoice. We have added a new SKU, which is a 12pk PA and the is no obvious way to tell this apart from 4pk PA, other than a very small coloumn of unit size (355ml vs 473ml), but if the beer was always displayed in the same order it would help us immensely when picking orders. Also the new font on the invoices seemed like an unnecessary change and page numbers were removed, this was quite helpful for us to reference how many orders were being batched without having to manually count each order.

When an order is created from the buyer side of the portal, I want to be able to choose who the email notifications are sent to (ie. I do not want the notification emails sent to all users).

Currently, under an orders "Events" tab the system does not correctly show who processes the payment on an order. It attributes it to the sales rep, and in our case the sales rep has nothing to do with the payments. It would be helpful to see this detailed information for accuracy.

As an agent, I need to see a ranking of sales by brand (not just Product).

Hoping to add a report or exportable list that can be pulled from Ollie to show all products along with the taxable status? To clarify, it would be a column with title of taxable or tax exempt, something along those lines.

Currently, we are able to filter orders by a date range (e.g. Feb 1 2022 - Feb 4 2022) but not by one specific date. We'd also like to be able to simply select one day (e.g. 'Feb 1 2022') and have all orders placed on that date show up. This would make it easier for us when generating reports for specific dates.
