Warehouse access and orders (Access Rights/Permissions)
It is preferable for us that if someone does not have access to a warehouse that they can not see that warehouse or orders that have been created in that warehouse. We have multiple agents and users and it is not relevant for them to see each others orders plus sales amongst our agents should be kept confidential. Only the account owner/supplier should be able to see all warehouses and the user/agent should only be able to see those that they have been granted access to. Thanks! <COMMENTS> Steven Chung marked this post as PLANNED 0 · January 14, 2022 · Kristina Dyk On behalf of Hester Creek: we need to set parameters for users such as warehouse and agents - they should not be able to change / view all items and prices. 0 · Internal · November 30, 2021 · Reply Steven Chung Will affect US Expansion. Target 2022 Q2 0 · Internal · September 22, 2021 · Reply Steven Chung Per Kristina, if 3PL/Distribution company gets access to Ollie, they gain access to all the Seller's data including sales details and other sensitive information. 0 · Internal · September 8, 2021 · Reply Steven Chung Hi Steven, I was wondering if there is any progress on this? I was hoping to add a few more pieces to this to this, it seems that our agents/users have full access to view, change and manipulate inventory. So I’d also like to suggest: users should not be able to make inventory adjustments or transfers users should not be able to activate/deactivate products users should only be able to see inventory for the warehouse that they have access to Essentially what I’m requesting is that the account owner should be the only one who can view everything and make changes to everything, the agents should only be able to create orders, view the orders they’ve created and view reporting that is relevant to their orders and their warehouses. Do you think that this will be something that Ollie will be able to make a priority implementation? This is a really important piece for us, without user permissions it puts the account owner in a pretty vulnerable position when it comes to inventory management. It also is important for confidentiality amongst sales agents, we work with multiple agents and they are not normally privy to sales data and allocations of other agents, we would like to keep it that way. And then we need to assign each user to a role, for example "Sales Rep" which might only be able to see their own orders/customers. 0 · Internal · July 7, 2021 · Reply Steven Chung Karl Campbell Scott Barrow is the following requirement to limit access to warehouses related to Roles & Permissions? https://app.clickup.com/8640458/v/l/87nya-616 0 · Internal · July 7, 2021 · Reply monica@kitschwines.ca Just adding to this - it also seems that our agents can pull detailed sales reports for all territories and warehouses, sku reports etc. Ideally they can only pull reports for their own territory and their own orders. The account owner/administrator should be the only one who can pull all sales reports. 0 · May 4, 2021 · · Reply Ryan Wilson marked this post as IN PROGRESS 0 · April 15, 2021 · · Reply monica@kitschwines.ca Ryan Wilson: hi Ryan - I am wondering if there is an update on this feature? 0 · December 6, 2021 · · Reply Ryan Wilson Thank you for this feedback Monica. Batch Charge Credit Cards only
Posted on behalf of Dageraad Brewing With the Batch Charge - I would like the option to batch charge 1. CREDIT CARD customers only 2. Offline Payment Customers only All customers From the orders page I cannot tell what the customer default is, so this way a user can charge all the cc customers and then know which orders need to be processed offline. <COMMENTS> Amit Agreed, also an option to add notes to a bulk Offline Charge would be handy to input EFT or Cheque payment numbers 0 · December 20, 2021 · Steven Chung Batch charge credit cards Batch mark order as paid Batch charge credit cards & mark order as paid Batch charge if only single card and reject other scenarios 0 · Internal · November 26, 2021 · Reply Steven Chung Related to https://feedback.ollieorder.com/ollie-features/p/who-has-the-rights-to-charge-this-credit-card 0 · Internal · October 6, 2021 · Reply Steven Chung In light of US Expansion, push to 2022 Q1. 0 · Internal · September 22, 2021 · Reply Steven Chung This maybe addressed by the Buyer - Payment Method Authorization Epic https://untappd.atlassian.net/jira/software/projects/OLLIE/boards/91/backlog?issueParent=20700&selectedIssue=OLLIE-2 0 · Internal · September 8, 2021 · Reply Adam Jones This would be a very useful function.
