Thanks for the feedback, Jesse! This will be accomplished with our Contacts feature which will be part of the phase 2 CRM project.
Users will be able to create & manage their own contacts which can be linked to customers/licensees in Ollie. A user's contact book will be private to them and separate from the contact info & "People at this company" info displayed on a customer details page.

Sophie Oliver: Is the only way to get a phone number on the Customer details page for each user to enter the number in the contacts? Multiple people in admin, distribution and sales would need this info and they each have to enter the information themselves for every customer? Can there not be contact info for a customer that is available to everyone in the company?
