We would like to put in a high priority request to add a filter option for the AR Aging Report where we can select certain order status to be included in the report. The reason is that the current AR Aging Report includes the orders with failed shipment status. Without punching in each invoice number to view the order status, there is no way to determine whether we actually need to collect payment for the orders. Here is an example—LVP13157 (Duty Free), this order is included in the AR Aging Report when the order status is Shipment Failed. Without actually typing in the invoice number under Orders, we would have inquired the client for the payment status.
I understand that we have this filters available for our Sales Detail Report and Sales Summary Report, therefore it only makes sense to have the same option for the AR Aging Report for consistency and efficiency. We will truly appreciate your advice on this. Thank you.

The purpose for this request is to provide A/R reports (by Customer) for each Territory i.e. Island, Lower Mainland, South and North Interior. Previously in SalesLitre the A/R reports had filters to achieve the reports I needed. This way I could provide specified reports to each Order desk person for their area.

Feedback from Grace: Most of the other reports we use have the ability to apply filters, and this particular report is vital to Sherrie’s work. I am frustrated that we are supposed to ‘vote’ for features that we previously had with SalesLitre. We continue to pay the same amount for Ollie but are far from receiving the same service in return. I am fine with voting for new features and ideas, but this particular request is for a feature we previously relied on and which we expect to have reinstated as quickly as possible.
