Would like a way for a user to recieve an email notification with an invoice everytime an order is made (without needing to add this email address within the customer details section whenever another customer is added to current customers).
Example: looking for is a way for our delivery service to be able to automatically receive the orders placed in the warehouse they manage deliveries from as well as a few admin users on our team.

Scott Barrow Doesn't the email field in the Customer Relationship details already serve this purpose? We capture the email address, do we automatically send Order Status updates and Invoices to this email address?

Steven Chung: correct, there's also warehouse.email that can be used, but this is only exposed to admins currently. We have too many places where we're storing email now and this needs to be consolidated. Probably as part of the email doc 60 to buyer feature

In our roadmap, we currently have plans to add additional email notifications for things like order created, transfer created, etc. (similar to what's provided in Ollie Logistics).
Are you looking for a way to automatically send email notifications to emails outside of Ollie/your organization? Or is your request just for your own users to receive email notifications when orders are placed etc.? Thanks!
