Include Refunds in Payment Report

Currently, running a payment report for credit cards only shows payments received for the date range selected. There is a request to add refunds to this payment report, so that ultimately a report can be pulled showing the true net pmts for any given time period.

It would also be helpful if payment report could be run for one day only (instead of a range).
