Background: Tax is currently calculated per line and then summed at the bottom (allowing for products with different tax schemes to be on the same invoice) however, this sometimes results in being off the LDB calculation by +/- one cent.

Request: Take all the tax lines for that tax type and then sum those, then calculate the tax on the sum? This would allow for multiple tax types on one bill, but still have the correct taxes matching with LDB (and for other tax types).
