It would be great if the Customer Group lists had more information. Specifically phone number, last order date and an option to quickly place an order for the customer. This way we can easily scan the list for the upcoming delivery day and know who doesn't have an order placed and easily reach out to them to get the order.

This is a great idea! I think its less important to have the day it was added to the group. more importantly it should have the last time they ordered. maybe even have a field to know what days deliveries are for them. notes on preference of contact? email/text/phonecall?
