Shipment status is marking as "delivered" when Camelot has posted (but not delivered) orders. Can we have these marked as "Shipped" when the orders are printed? It seems sometimes it does, but many times it marks as delivered when it's still in transit.

Steven Chung this is one we should review further. The status' are very confusing. An order can be marked as delivered and mean:

Delivered successfully

Out for delivery, has not been delivered yet

Delivery attempted but was unsuccessful

It appears as though there are only two status's for container world orders:

awaiting shipment (sent to CW)

Delivered (assuming means delivered)

Thanks for the feedback!

Camelot has different order statuses than Ollie, we have done our best to map the statuses appropriately but we understand its not perfect.

That being said, we're working with Direct Tap to improve the Ollie x Camelot integration, one such improvement is order statuses.

We'll keep you posted!
