Currently, if working with an integrated service like Direct Tap(DT), if an order has failed (shipment failed status) you would ideally go to the order, click on the "Events" tab and see the timeline of events including the user/author that submits the order. If Direct Tap is responsible for cancelling the order, it displays in the timeline as something the order author has done, which can cause confusion. In the attached image, you can see the order was transitioned by the order author to "cancelled" on 12/24, when in actuality that transition was from DT. It would make for cleaner tracking to have that reflect the actual user that made the change, in this case DT.
