Each step of the delivery process should have it's own colour. Currently an order shows as Green when it's been accepted and then also as Green when it's Delivered. Often, orders have trouble moving from Accepted if there is a problem between Camelot and Ollie and when this happens a customer will be billed for an order they never receive. It would be much easier to catch these errors if the Accepted colour was different than the delivered colour <COMMENTS> jan@joiefarm.com Logged on today to ask for this same feature. Happy to see it's already gained so much traction! The colour coding would really help my team avoid oversight during fulfilment. 0 · January 7, 2022 · Chereen Dupuis I agree. Different colours would make it so much easier to look at. 0 · December 3, 2021 · Jas Gane I agree that this would make it so much easier to read the status for each order. Currently 'Accepted', 'Shipped' and 'Delivered' are all the same shade of green. These 3 statuses are all very different, so would be great if they were different colours e.g. 'Accepted' could be yellow, 'Shipped' could be blue and 'Delivered' could be green. 0 · November 18, 2021 · Frances Banner Yes please!! 0 · November 10, 2021 · Dawn Lennie yes, this would be so helpful 0 · November 8, 2021 · Tracy McLean completely agree with author 0 · November 1, 2021 · Steven Chung Laura Zuniga Feedback to consider for status colour UI improvements
