When we try to email invoices to customers after placing the order, their saved email address does not automatically populate in the email field. Is there a way to make this happen in the settings? Also, can we pre-save a standard email template for the email with a standard subject title so we don't have to write the contents over and over? Submitted on behalf of Lone Tree

Would like a way for a user to recieve an email notification with an invoice everytime an order is made (without needing to add this email address within the customer details section whenever another customer is added to current customers). Example: looking for is a way for our delivery service to be able to automatically receive the orders placed in the warehouse they manage deliveries from as well as a few admin users on our team. <COMMENTS> Steven Chung Scott Barrow Doesn't the email field in the Customer Relationship details already serve this purpose? We have too many places where we're storing email now and this needs to be consolidated. Are you looking for a way to automatically send email notifications to emails outside of Ollie/your organization? I'm so surprised it's not a part of the system already as supplier admins are fulfilling the orders. Submitted on behalf of Frind. Would like a way to update the company email address on file for receiving invoices as a buyer (ie. one way to notify all sellers or update the email address automatically).

Ability to customize the doc60 emails automatically sent to our licensee customers so we can add on-brand, timely messages at any time.
