Ollie Feature

Whenever an invoice is generated it is displays in a different order then what is shown on our end when building the order. This makes it difficult for the drivers/pickers when building an order. Ex. PA, Hi5, PD, HPA Is the order that these cans show up when creating an order, but the invoice could have HPA, PD, PA, Hi5 as the order and it will change invoice to invoice. We have added a new SKU, which is a 12pk PA and the is no obvious way to tell this apart from 4pk PA, other than a very small coloumn of unit size (355ml vs 473ml), but if the beer was always displayed in the same order it would help us immensely when picking orders. Also the new font on the invoices seemed like an unnecessary change and page numbers were removed, this was quite helpful for us to reference how many orders were being batched without having to manually count each order.

Would it be possible to have the original order number somewhere on the refund PDF/invoice – maybe in a notes section? You can view the reference number when looking in Ollie itself, but it would be beneficial for it to be auto-referenced on the invoice for the customers own knowledge/bookkeeping. An example I’m looking at is R-00035 (original reference order 00917).

As a Seller, I need my Buyers to be able to have a keg credit memo that is not tied to a specific invoice (i.e.: credit that is associated with the Buyer's account). This would enable me to apply the credit as a general return across any number of invoices. I could own or rent my kegs.

More options on the drop-down menu when entering an issue with a client/customer order. We would love to be able to list specifically if the wines were corked/ recalled/ defective rather than just "Breakage" or incorrect. <COMMENTS> David @ Hillside Winery Perhaps a "custom" or "other" option where you could fill that in?

It would be exceptionally helpful if the customers contact information - phone number for sure, maybe email - was printed on the Doc 60's. This used to be the case in Logistics and we have found it super helpful. <COMMENTS> Chereen Dupuis Agreed. Currently a Doc60/invoice doesn't show the payment method, it only shows the total amount paid. Can the details of the payment (last 4 digits, date, amt) be added to the invoice. For now, the best workaround is to send the customer a screenshot from the order "Payment" tab, but for bookkeeping it would be cleaner if it appeared on the invoice.

Can we add payment terms & mailing address on the doc 60? ie. due upon receipt (we have a handful of customers who send cheques and would be nice to clarify our mailing address as well which is different than our location)

submitted on behalf of Keith w/Sheringham Distillery: Can we add to the Doc 55, under "events/actions", the ability to mark the invoice as delivered. This will ensure that the person processing the payments/credits knows that the action has been completed.

We should be able to change the invoice date after the invoice has been posted. If it's discovered the date is incorrect, such as in a different month, then this affects the sales detail report and everything that relies on that report. This is frustrating!
