Warehouse access and orders (Access Rights/Permissions)
It is preferable for us that if someone does not have access to a warehouse that they can not see that warehouse or orders that have been created in that warehouse. We have multiple agents and users and it is not relevant for them to see each others orders plus sales amongst our agents should be kept confidential. Only the account owner/supplier should be able to see all warehouses and the user/agent should only be able to see those that they have been granted access to. Thanks! <COMMENTS> Steven Chung marked this post as PLANNED 0 · January 14, 2022 · Kristina Dyk On behalf of Hester Creek: we need to set parameters for users such as warehouse and agents - they should not be able to change / view all items and prices. 0 · Internal · November 30, 2021 · Reply Steven Chung Will affect US Expansion. Target 2022 Q2 0 · Internal · September 22, 2021 · Reply Steven Chung Per Kristina, if 3PL/Distribution company gets access to Ollie, they gain access to all the Seller's data including sales details and other sensitive information. 0 · Internal · September 8, 2021 · Reply Steven Chung Hi Steven, I was wondering if there is any progress on this? I was hoping to add a few more pieces to this to this, it seems that our agents/users have full access to view, change and manipulate inventory. So I’d also like to suggest: users should not be able to make inventory adjustments or transfers users should not be able to activate/deactivate products users should only be able to see inventory for the warehouse that they have access to Essentially what I’m requesting is that the account owner should be the only one who can view everything and make changes to everything, the agents should only be able to create orders, view the orders they’ve created and view reporting that is relevant to their orders and their warehouses. Do you think that this will be something that Ollie will be able to make a priority implementation? This is a really important piece for us, without user permissions it puts the account owner in a pretty vulnerable position when it comes to inventory management. It also is important for confidentiality amongst sales agents, we work with multiple agents and they are not normally privy to sales data and allocations of other agents, we would like to keep it that way. Edit orders in Ollie after shipped
Now that orders aren't going to Logistics, we need to be able to edit an order that has been shipped in Ollie Orders. Various reasons for this...a customer adds to order, an item is damaged in shipment, order is not picked correctly, inventory is incorrect and item isn't available, etc. Ideally we should be able to edit orders until the status changes to Batched and which point the order should be locked. <COMMENTS> Steven Chung Per Scott, could lead to performance concerns if done retrospectively, but may tackle on go forward. 0 · Internal · December 13, 2021 · Reply Steven Chung Set up UX session for review https://untappd.atlassian.net/browse/OLLIE-200 0 · Internal · October 29, 2021 · Reply Steven Chung https://untappd.atlassian.net/browse/OLLIE-543 0 · Internal · December 13, 2021 · Reply Steven Chung marked this post as PLANNED 0 · October 5, 2021 · Steven Chung Buyer facing impact. 0 · Internal · September 22, 2021 · Reply Steven Chung Will this affect US Expansion? Unfortunately, the new Camelot system has some technical limitations which block us from sending order updates from Ollie to Camelot once an order has already been sent (instead of updating the order in Camelot, it just sends a duplicate order containing the updates). In the meantime, we will be releasing an update to the integration soon which will send any order updates in Camelot back to Ollie, so if an order is edited in Camelot, that will be reflected in Ollie. 0 · April 20, 2021 · · Reply Alison Costello Sophie Oliver: Is this update a possibility for warehouses that are managed internally? Sales reports by SKU

Or is your request just for your own users to receive email notifications when orders are placed etc.? Thanks! 0 · May 10, 2021
